Are your collections limited?
Yes. Each DONYSA collection is released in limited quantities. Once a style sells out, it may not be restocked.
How do your garments fit?
Our pieces are designed with a modern oversized, boxy fit. Please refer to the Size Guide on each product page before placing your order.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed after they are placed. Depending on the product and current demand, production and shipping may take up to 14 weeks (98 days). We appreciate your patience as we focus on quality over speed.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for complete details.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
How should I care for my DONYSA garments?
- Wash inside out in cold water.
- Wash with similar colors.
- Do not bleach.
- Air dry for the best longevity.
- Cool iron on the reverse side if needed.
- Do not iron directly on printed graphics.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not entered production, we may be able to make changes. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping will be available to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated during checkout.
