At DONYSA, every piece is thoughtfully crafted with premium materials and produced in limited quantities. For this reason, we ask that you review all product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Buyer's remorse

Please review our sizing guides carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about sizing or a product, we're happy to assist before you order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please email DonysaSupport@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product

Our team will review your request and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier.

DONYSA is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered while in transit. If you experience a shipping issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information. We will gladly assist whenever possible.

Order Processing

Some DONYSA products are produced in limited quantities or made to order. Estimated processing and fulfillment times are provided before purchase.

Orders that remain within the estimated processing timeframe shown at checkout are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

If an order exceeds the estimated fulfillment timeframe without being shipped, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
