At DONYSA, every piece is made to order rather than mass-produced. This intentional approach allows us to maintain exceptional quality, minimize waste, and produce only what is needed.
Processing Time
Please allow 7–15 business days for your order to be processed and produced before it ships. During new collection launches or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been completed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.
Shipping Times
After your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after the shipping confirmation is sent.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. DONYSA is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the best resolution.
